Holiday Overview
The Karakoram Mountain Range is a large series of mountains that stretches through Pakistan and China and is famous for containing some of the world's most iconic peaks, such as K2 and Gasherbrum. This vast range stretches for around 500 km and is 200 kilometres wide, connecting with the Hindu Kush and Himalaya Mountains at various spots. The best time to start the ascent to the summit is usually during the summer months in Pakistan, from May to August. The trek to the top begins at the Braldo River Valley.
Uli Biaho Peak is flanked by neighbouring peaks with altitudes ranging from 5,000 to 7,000 metres, creating a spectacular and demanding alpine setting. The region is also known for its gorgeous valleys, such as Nagar, Haramosh, and Hunza, which are graced by fast-flowing rivers such as the Hunza River.
The Uli Biaho Expedition is an attractive prospect for mountaineers, offering technical challenges as well as the ability to see the beautiful vistas of the Karakoram Mountains. It offers a unique blend of high-altitude adventure and exploration of some of the region's most beautiful natural landscapes, making it a dream trip for those looking for the ultimate mountaineering experience.
