Lobsang Peak Expedition
The Lobsang Peak Expedition allows mountaineers to tackle a difficult 6,225-meter peak in the Karakoram mountain range, between the Baltoro Muztagh sub-range and Concordia in Gilgit-Baltistan. This spectacular mountain is part of the renowned Baltoro Muztagh, a sub-range inside the enormous Karakoram Mountains recognized for harboring some of the world's most magnificent summits, such as the iconic K2, Broad Mountain, and Gasherbrum.

The best time to go on this difficult ascent is during the summer season, which runs from May through August and has favourable weather conditions. After successfully conquering Lobsang Peak, adventurers can further explore the beautiful sceneries.
A walk to Concordia, also known as the 'Throne Room of the Mountain Gods,' is possible due to the presence of massive peaks in the area. Alternatively, the voyage can return to Skardu, which is known for its scenic beauty, green pastures, and rich cultural legacy. The expedition's base camp is accessible from Skardu, after a preparatory briefing and debriefing at the local tourism bureau. The trail follows the beautiful Baltoro glacier before branching off to the sub-range, where Lobsang Peak awaits.
