Holiday Overview
The Karakoram Mountain Range, located among Pakistan's renowned Karakoram Mountains, is a vast area of natural splendour that runs across both Pakistan and China. It is home to some of the world's most famous peaks, such as K2 and Gasherbrum.
This range, which stretches over 500 kilometres in length and 200 kilometres in width, acts as a natural bridge connecting the Hindukush and Himalaya Mountains at several spots.
The best time to climb Biarchedi Peak is during the summer months in Pakistan, from May to August when the weather conditions are ideal for mountaineering. Following a successful excursion, adventurers have two tantalising options: they can walk towards the majestic Concordia, also known as the 'Throne Room of the Mountain Gods,' due to the presence of huge peaks in the region. Alternatively, they can return to Skardu, a region known for its lush pastures and rich cultural legacy that has earned it the title of one of Pakistan's most beautiful locales.
The base camp for the Biarchedi Peak Expedition can be reached by jeep from the adjacent town of Skardu after a thorough briefing and debriefing at the tourism department. The trail will take you through the spectacular Baltoro Glacier and then to the sub-range. Biarchedi Peak is flanked by neighbouring summits that exceed 5000 metres, rise to 6000 metres, and even reach astonishing heights of 7000 metres, making this region home to some of the world's highest peaks.
The Biarchedi Peak Expedition offers an experience that will leave an everlasting impact on your heart and soul, whether you're an experienced climber or an adventurous traveller wanting to explore unspoiled landscapes.
Join us on this unique journey into the heart of the Karakoram, and be a part of an adventure that will leave you in awe of this remarkable region's natural grandeur and spectacular beauty.
