Holiday Overview
To make the most of your trip in the Nangma Valley, we've designed itineraries that include a base camp in the summer settlement, giving you the best chance of scaling these challenging peaks. You'll feel the exhilaration of true rock climbing here, amidst the rough terrain and the silent guardians of rock, where every ascent is a triumph against nature's severe challenges.
Kharidas' story is one of tenacity and investigation. Kharidas' sheer minarets initially drew explorers in 1999 and attempted their ascent. This courageous venture was followed by groups from the United States and Canada in 2000 and 2001, respectively. Kharidas has since gained a reputation among rock climbers as a place that provides both challenge and reward.
Beyond the realm of rock and summit, though, this region provides a new kind of beauty, one that is wild and untamed in its attractiveness. You'll be immersed in the raw splendor of heaven and earth, with landscapes that are as daunting as they are stunning. The Nangma Valley and Kharidas are not just climbing destinations but also havens for individuals seeking to touch with the wild soul of the natural environment.
The profound beauty of the Nangma Valley and Kharidas may be found in the midst of these granite giants, where each step is a test of will. It's a location where sheer rock towers meet wild beauty, where the spirit of exploration and adventure lives in every crag and crevice, and where the human yearning to confront nature's obstacles is greeted with the mountains' thundering majesty.
